Strawberry Field Quinoa Salad: Total Time: 15 minutes: Serves 1-2
- 1/3 c. fresh sliced strawberries
- 1 tbsp. toasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 1/4 c. baby arugula
- 1/2 oz. goat cheese, crumbled
- 2/3 c. cooked quinoa
- Cook the quinoa according to package directions and toss all ingredients together and serve.
